Tool features:
-Create groups, edit and select them.
-Set an average value for the normals of the selected vertices.
-Add a specific rotation in an axis to the normals.
-Set a fixed rotation for the normals of the selected vertices.
-Copy and paste normals with mirrored rotations.
-Reset the normals to their default value.
